Prospecting Data is a working reference for people who prospect for a living: real estate agents and investors, solar and roofing marketers, insurance and mortgage producers, home-services companies, and B2B sales teams.

Every page tries to do three things: answer the question in the first paragraph, back it with a number and a source, and tell you what to check before you spend money. The counts on this site are rounded, full-file aggregates from public property records, a national consumer file and a carrier line-type file. They are refreshed monthly and every figure is a floor, not a promise.

The site is run by a small data consultancy that builds prospecting files for clients. If you want counts for your own area, ask for them. There is no cost to ask and no obligation.
